Aria Ratcliff is a singer-songwriter from Tucson, Arizona. Her music includes influences from jazz, Motown, r&b, neo- soul and more. Aria is currently performing shows, primarily in Tucson, and working on her first studio album.
Aria's parents, Liz Fletcher and the late RC Ratcliff have been professional musicians their entire lives. Aria's earliest memories include schlepping gear to and from wedding gigs in Scottsdale. When she was seven, her dad suffered a stroke that left him with permanent brain damage. Even with the brain damage, he could still pick up his guitar and play anything at an elite level. Through this and other various experiences Aria witnessed the healing power of music.
Aria has had a long journey with music - From Singing for school talent shows and events, attending the Tucson Girls Chorus, and singing in church choirs to offering music in plant medicine ceremonies and sound baths. One of her favorite shows she has produced to date is Aria Ratcliff's Take On Nina Simone where she highlighted the life and music of the civil rights activist and singer who helped push the civil rights movement forward through music and community.
Aria is currently attending the Berklee College Of Music while creating various shows, events, and new music! Check out her upcoming shows to see where she's at next!
